Check out my latest piece in this month’s issue of Jerk Magazine. I wrote about Salt City Coffee, a new coffee shop just five minutes away from the SU campus. Owner Aaron Metthe’s passion for coffee roasting turned into a full time business venture, and a way to create a “third space” for the community.

“We want to make it feel like you’re walking into somebody’s living room,” owner Aaron Metthe said.
